Job Summary

• Perform preventive maintenance including monitoring of contractors and service providers with the focus on compliance to rules and regulations for the smooth running of mall operations.
• Attends to all complaints, requests and support from internal and external stakeholders by organizing and arranging all coordinated support services and cross-functional activities to ensure all issues are resolved promptly.
• Performing routine checks, inspections and test runs of generator, compressors, pumps, and all other M&E tools and equipment as preventive measures to minimize breakdowns and repair costs.
