Job Summary

• Serve and conduct sales presentation to all prospects through walk-ins, call-ins, and online enquiries. Building a strong relationship with the prospect/client to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide after-sales services for potential repeat business/referral. Compile data of prospects for follow up and future reference of future projects
• To assist, provide support and follow up with purchasers on the completion of sales transaction including signing of SPA and loan application within the stipulated timeframe and other ad hoc job as required too
• Proactively identify, engage and develop market information/trends i.e. competitor pricing and project strategies. Identify market potential, develop prospective customers, market penetration and develop new market segments and sales strategies
• Manning the sales gallery, roadshows and show units according to duty roster. Assist the marketing team in the preparation of marketing events, roadshows, launching, promotion materials, sales kits, and sales documentation.
