Job Summary

• Conceptualize, coordinate and execute impactful events and activities
• Source and collaborate with external event organizers to introduce a variety of activities/workshops/programmes that generate a consistent growth in traffic; (which would support/improve better tenants’ sales)
• Collaborate with tenants on their promotions
• Lead event operations which includes contract negotiations, vendors’ sourcing and selection, events communications and on-site coordination
• Coordinate and drive the promotional open-space/casual leasing for potential revenue income
• Assist to develop content for A&P collaterals, manage and update content for website, social media and digital platforms
• Prepare publicity/promotion plans to create in-mall and public awareness for all events and activities
• Media liaison / public relations duties related to the shopping mall
• Coordinate between external parties and operations on pre-events, during events and post-events operations; (eg setting-up)
• Conduct post-event evaluations and report on outcomes
