Job Summary

• To answer all incoming calls. Helping marketing dept to monitor and reply email.
• To assist in sourcing quotations.
• To handle gift redemptions and be accountable for such gifts.
• To coordinate with the Building dept’s team for activities & events (M&E; Security, Cleaners, Car Park, etc).
• To ensure work permit is signed & approved by all parties (building, M&E & Security) and revert to the organizer via email (this applies for our internal events or tenant’s event).
• To ensure that M&E keep the PA systems safely and revert with the event handover form after the completion of event/activities.
