Our journey began in 1982 with the launch of Taman Segar, our inaugural project that anchored our deep-rooted commitment to the Cheras community. From this foundation, we have developed a significant part of the area’s landscape, delivering a comprehensive portfolio of residential, commercial, and retail addresses including Cheras LeisureMall, Cheras Plaza, and Masera Bukit Segar.
Building on this success, we strategically expanded our national footprint through key partnerships. This includes collaborations with industry leaders for landmark projects such as the Southern Marina integrated development in Puteri Harbour, Iskandar Puteri, a prestigious joint venture between PPB Group Berhad, Kuok Brothers Sdn Bhd, and Khazanah Nasional Berhad.
Our drive for growth continues with developments like Megah Rise, marking our confident entry into the mature and vibrant market of Petaling Jaya. This same trusted expertise is extended through our project management and property-related services, supporting key assets for our parent group and affiliates, including the iconic lifestyle hub, The LINC KL.

This award celebrates the project’s dedication to conserving and enhancing Malaysia’s living landscapes. Awarded to The LINC KL, it honours the project’s commitment to integrating mature trees, native greenery and biodiversity within an urban setting. It showcases the preservation of nature’s legacy while promoting sustainable placemaking.
The Edge Malaysia Best Managed & Sustainable Property Awards 2025: Landscape Design – Gold Winner – The LINC KL
This award honours The LINC KL’s commitment to preserving a green sanctuary in the city centre. Designed around seven existing large trees, the biophilic architecture minimised disruption by implementing tree protection zones during construction. The low-rise, three-storey structure ensures harmony with the natural landscape, while ongoing care by certified arborists reflects continued dedication to urban biodiversity conservation.
FIABCI Malaysia Property Awards 2023: Purpose Build Category – The LINC KL
The LINC KL, a project by PPB Properties, received a prestigious award in the Purpose Built Category in 2023. This marks the division’s first FIABCI award, recognising their role as a developer and project manager. The award highlights The LINC KL’s commitment to integrating nature, art and local artisans. The development along Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur is known for its unique architectural design and innovative use of raw materials. It serves as a platform for local entrepreneurs and artists, fostering a lively community hub through various events.
GreenRE Sustainable Development Awards 2022/23 – Highest Scoring Residential Building, High Rise Category – Megah Rise Residensi
Megah Rise Residensi is an elevated, Gold GreenRE-certified high-rise condominium located in the heart of Taman Megah, Petaling Jaya. Its range of environmentally conscious features throughout the 39-storey residential tower, including cross ventilation for natural cooling, energy and water saving fixtures, a rainwater harvesting system and many more have earned the top award in 2023.
